And the best way to do that is by giving them the education they can use for a lifetime. Under the UTC Employee Scholar Program, ISRC pays costs for employees who go back to school. That includes 100 percent of registration and tuition at schools that satisfy the Employee Scholar Program requirements (recognized by the country's ministry of education and listed in the most current version of World List of Universities [Macmillan]), required academic fees and course-required books.

Employees can obtain a degree in any field, whether or not it's job-related. UTC further rewards its Employee Scholars with UTC Stocks when they graduate, - proof that UTC understands its Employee Scholars to be a sound investment.
