In order to meet its Quality mission, ISRC has created a unique development methodology - iEvolve, which focuses on effective offshore development. ISRC has adapted Pressman's Software Engineering Processes to build a unique development approach, called iEvolve or "iSRC/individual Evolve". It is a Quality manual of ISRC.

The process encourages incremental development while ensuring a common sense of purpose and discipline throughout the project life cycle. The project team works in a framework that ensures project success and learns from individual failures by immediately making required process improvements and staying on course towards the overall project success.
