Information Systems Resource Centre Pvt. Ltd. (ISRC) is a part of OTIS, the world's largest
manufacturer and service provider of elevators, escalators,
moving walkways, and other horizontal transportation systems.
The success of OTIS is a major contributor to the success
of its parent company - United Technologies Corporation (UTC).
Being USA's 49th and world's 141st organization, UTC carries
a tremendous responsibility of delivering quality in all respects
of business, relations, R&D, and sociality. Therefore,
UTC introduced a quality instrument called ACE - Achieving
Competitive Excellence - to ensure the organization-wide and
sub company-wide quality assurance. As a result, this quality
culture is required to be cultivated for ISRC as well.
We are the Information Technology Systems and Services providers.
We feel that even if the organization is matured enough in
terms of - the delivery capabilities - the internal processes
may not be sufficient to guarantee optimum usage of costs
and efforts. ISRC, therefore, is determined to win higher
ACE certification level as early as feasible. The iEvolve
- the concept and the manual - is an important step towards
satisfying this objective.

Currently, ISRC is ACE certified at Bronze level.
On 8th October, 2005, ISRC was audited by ACE auditors for the compliance against ACE Bronze status and was declared as Bronze certified.
We were awarded with ACE Bronze officially on 15 th November 2005.
Path ahead is now ACE Silver targeted by May 2006.
