| Deployment & Training |
ISRC provides deployment and training on packaged systems
whether developed by ISRC (NES & HRMS) or third party developed
packages (SMS). ISRC adopts a customer convenient approach
in its deployment methodology to give the customer maximum
satisfaction during the deployment procedure.
| Deployment Methodology |
Preparatory Visit:
A visit is undertaken to the deployment site to assess the business requirements
vis-à-vis the functionalities of the software package, the technical
environment, the I.S. support available and the training requirement.
Local Adaptations:
Mandatory local adaptations prior to deployment are identified and undertaken in the preparatory visit.
Installation of System and training:
Based on the preparatory visit, a detailed activity planning is then prepared by ISRC identifying list of task, responsibilities and target dates.
On-site Support:
The amount of on-site support is determined and agreed to
ensure that after the installation and training the users
at the deployment site gain enough confidence to use the system
before ISRC personnel leave the site.
| Deployment Contract |
During the preparatory visit, the deployment proposal is presented to the
company in order to get their approval and the deployment plan is submitted at
the same time thus making everybody aware of its respective involvement and
responsibilities.
