The first level Help Desk is based in Singapore dedicated to receiving customer queries/problems and providing clear solutions within an agreed period of time depending on the nature of the query/problem.

A well-defined "Service Level Agreement" is distributed to the companies who rely on ISRC for their activities on these systems and a User Request form (URF) is made use of by the companies to acknowledge & act on their queries/issues/suggestion requests.
