The scope of the project consists design, develop, test and deployment of SMS solution at client site at OTIS-Singapore.
ISRC designed the warehouse for the better performance using the Data Integrator as the ETL Tool.
Based on the warehouse generated from the transactional database, several universes were created using Business Objects software. From the produced warehouse, about 100+ reports were generated.
All these reports offer the analysis features like drilling, filtering, slice-dice, prompting for required filter and various other types of customized reporting.
A security mechanism is implemented to allow the office level, group level and user level security.
