To create an online application training courseware for application
users to teach them the use of the application in a rich,
interactive and engaging manner.

The scope of the project consisted of designing, developing,
testing and deployment of Web Based Training Program for eDirect
Sales System.
ISRC designed WBT to better the performance using Macromedia
Technology. Designed the standards and styles for Web Based
Training Program, these standards and styles are reusable
for any Web Application training program.

Features like User Authentication, Interactive Lesson, Bookmark and Assessment are provided for user. Creating Reporting Structure, Printing Reports of learner's activity and Adding Admin for each Reporting Level facilities are developed for Administrator. WBT program is accessible through intranet or internet.
