Organization:
Within this module, users are able to set-up a reporting structure
of their country utilizing Districts, which are equivalent
to Regions or States; and Branches, which are equivalent to
Cost Centre. In addition, this module provides facility to
define National Holidays, Local Holidays and Working Hours.
Employee:
This module enables employees and service routes to be linked
to Offices. It maintains Employee Information and allows user
to manage Employee substitutes and replacements. Employee
positions are also included as a part of this module. This
module allows for further evolution of the reporting hierarchy.
Territory/Route Module:
This module allows the creation of various service routes
within Territories. Also this module is used to assign employees
to the positions within the Territory.
Product Module:
This module maintains the entire range of Otis product information
required for Service function. Product Data includes
1. Product Group, Product Type, Model Type
2. Components like Controller, Motor, Machine, and Governor
etc.
3. Product Functions like Speed, Load/Duty, Rise/Travel, and
Rope Ratio etc.
Contract Module:
This module is the heart of SMS application. It allows user
to
1. Add Units & Building
2. Add Contracts & Transactions
3. Unit Technical details
4. Billing Transactions.
The details entered in this module are carried directly to
every other module in SMS. This module can handle retrospective
or future contractual entries.
Otisline:
This module uses the data from the Contract Module to be able
to receive calls from Customers and dispatch mechanics to
the various sites to correct faults and/or release passengers.
This module facilitate OTIS Call Center, Customer Service
Representative with the information regarding the Service
Contracts, units, location of the unit, Technical data for
the unit to assist the Service Mechanic.Otisline has came up
with the advance feature of CTI(computer Telephony Interface) to
handle the customer calls effectively.
Auto Price Adjustment:
Price Adjustment is very simple and flexible tool. It allows
for entering the price indexes for labor and Material price
changes. Automatic Price Adjustment is based on Contract PA
Frequency and defined Price Indices.
O Billing:
O Billing module is the invoicing engine for SMS. This module
includes pro rata invoicing, revenue allocation, invoice periods.
T Billing:
T Billing module incorporates support to manage "T Jobs".
This Module includes important functionalities such as T Job
managing, T Invoice generation and T Revenue allocation, TCost
Collection and Margin Analysis.
Otis Service Cost Analysis (OSCA):
This module is where timesheets are generated. It includes
the cost-capturing engine. All Labor and Material costs are
collected and analyzed against the revenue. This information
creates opportunities for making sound business and operational
decisions based on the actual data and trends.
Target Interactive Pricing System (TIPS):
This module allows Service Sales staff the capability to do
'O' (i.e. OM, POG and LOG) estimates based on SMS technical
data or from duty tables once the Product Type is selected.
Annual Survey Report (ASR):
This module is primarily used for Risk and Hazard assessment.
In addition, this module allows user to capture, analyze customer
and unit surveys. The module also allows to configure templates
of different survey types e.g. ASR, Risk & Hazard survey,
Safety Survey, etc.
REM- Bridge:
Remote Elevator Monitoring (REM) Bridge: Alarms from REM system
are automatically transferred to Otisline and callbacks are
registered using captured alarms. This mechanism significantly
cuts down Cycle Time to log Service intervention Request.
One Vision Integration:
With the latest integration tool SMS seamlessly integrates
with One Vision to get the Material Costs and provide the
revenue details to One Vision for the O and T Invoices generated.
Monitor and Escalate:
SMS allows Monitoring and Escalation of specific business
process according to predefined set of procedural rules. Examples:
Contracts expiring, Pending Estimates, Units to be modernized,
Units having highest calls etc.
Exit Surveys:
SMS maintains Exit Survey for each Service Contract Cancellation.
Survey is attached to Service Contract and Statistics on losses,
Competitors, Market Price settings are collected.
Customer Complaints:
SMS records customer complaints, escalates them to the responsible
party, monitors the resolution for medium and high severity
and initiates customer satisfaction survey.
Service Level Agreements:
This module captures additional Contractual Service Level
agreement options. Allows building the workflow using these
Service Level Agreements for proper contract entitlement management.
Business Objects (BO) Reports:
All the reports are developed using Business Objects. This
allows users to create their own local reports and ad hoc
queries.
