Vishal Mokashi

My professional career started at ISRC as a trainee engineer in the year 1999 and over the period of time I have enjoyed working here in different roles like Analyst, Project Leader, Project Manager and today I work as “Subject Matter Expert” for Otis Service applications. While I was growing as a leader, I also got an opportunity to grow my technical skills in Microsoft platforms, performance engineering and business intelligence.

At ISRC I got an opportunity to work with customers from different regions like Asia, Europe and America. Each of these opportunities has been a unique learning experience and also gave me an opportunity to visit my customers in different countries. Having spent, 1/3rd of my career here in ISRC, I feel proud when I see our work adding value to business by way of process improvement and by IT, enabling the business.

Due to the encouragement and empowerment here at ISRC, there has not been a single day where I felt skipping work…I always enjoy work!!!.

I am on the verge of completing 2.5 years with the company and have been always excited to work here.

Almost 2 years back, being a fresher I entered the organization and to my delight I got mentored by some very skilled personnel, who helped raising my bars for my all round performance, rather than just for technical or analytical skills.

We live in a company where opportunities are endless. I got to try my hands on a variety of technology ranging right from Mobile Apps to Web Apps to Console Apps and Tool Customization. These are only to name a few. Trust me, the experience and the journey so far has been truly phenomenal.
