ISRC lays a lot of emphasis on Corporate Social responsibility and it has its own special way of doing it. ISRC have been regularly organizing this event year after year where bosses are the hosts in serving breakfast to their team and getting honored by their services by way of tips. The event also includes cultural performances by the bosses and an auction mela.

All proceeds through ticket sale, tips, management cultural performance and auction and a matching grant by the company is donated to United Way, Mumbai for the Saddhana Village.
