The Business Intelligence Center of Excellence at the ISRC provides robust data warehousing solution in order to aggregate information and provide meaningful analytics back to the business. The COE continues to offer services in the following areas:

The COE offers its services primarily focused across business domains such as Sales, Service, Finance and Field Operations.
Strategic Consulting: The COE helps its customers realize their investments made in data warehousing and reporting products. The COE explores ways of generating quick wins for the business by building solutions using appropriate tools and technologies. The COE trains users on the solutions.
Information Delivery: With a myriad of different products available today, there is always confusion between operational reporting needs Vs analytical reporting needs. The COE works with users in identifying their enterprise reporting needs and in building appropriate solutions such as BI portals, dashboards etc.
End-to-end DW/BI Solution: The COE carries out projects end-to-end in the Business Intelligence space. Support & Maintenance: Sustained support is provided to Business Intelligence solutions similar to that of other applications at the ISRC. This helps free up business users to focus on their core area of work. Support is provided following the standard Software Maintenance Life Cycle (SMLC) model of the organization.
