The Application Maintenance Center (AMC) is a dedicated Application support organization at the ISRC. The AMC currently supports over 80+ applications for users within Otis and other UTC business units. AMC model is a service offering targeted to small departments of Otis and UTC business units which makes support costs affordable through a pooled resource concept. AMC model is an attractive value proposition for new customers as they get end-to-end support (Process, Procedures, Tools and Reporting). It also offers the advantage of quick start up of off-shoring projects as ISRC is well versed in Otis and UTC customer domain. The key leverage points of the AMC are:

  • Dedicated team to support application maintenance, incremental enhancements, and new development projects
  • Cost effective onshore / offshore model
