Otis uses JDE EnterpriseOne as the backbone ERP system in several countries across the globe. Being an engineering company tuned to ongoing innovations, Otis has many complex business processes starting from Manufacturing to supply chain and finance.  To simplify this complexity business processes have been mapped to JDE EnterpriseOne ERP system under project name OneVision. Most of finance, Sales and Distribution and Manufacturing modules have been implemented.

The JD Edwards Center of Excellence provides ongoing support to Otis JDE implementations in Asia. COE has well defined processes for project management, production support and expertise in finance, distribution, Technical and CNC. Over the last couple of years the COE has grown in its capabilities and is continuing to offer its services to customers in North America.
